The majority of our customers are using ~30mg of CBD 1-2x daily, regardless of the type of CBD product used. Tinctures allow more flexible dosing than softgels, but it is the same extract used within each product, at different potency levels. Full Spectrum products would be more suited for your nighttime routine, whereas Broad Spectrum products are typically used throughout the day, work, etc.
